Current Projects
Great Egg Hunt: Traditionally the Great Egg Hunt draws 75-100 children to J. Frank Hillyard Garden. The event has served in the past to entertain and amuse children and serve the business community through additional consumers. Broadway Hometown Partnership will continue to make this event more conducive to its goal of promoting Broadway businesses and serving the community.
Murals Program: Broadway has many blank walls that are currently unattractive. Painting would greatly improve the appearance of commercial areas. Walls facing high traffic areas should be addressed first, then the program should be expanded to include other walls.
Streetscape Assistance: Broadway Hometown Partnership will continue to assist the Town of Broadway in the planning and implementation of the Streetscape program in any way necessary.
ChickenStock Community Picnic: An old fashioned picnic that celebrates Broadway's unique heritage. Join your friends and neighbors in celebrating Broadway. July 28, 2007
